Hi everyone! 👯‍♀️ We’re Amber & Ruby, and guess what? We just had the best Easter Monday ever at @kidCity_Lagos – and we had to tell you all about it! 💛 First of all… walking into KidCity felt like stepping into a whole new world made just for kids. Everywhere was bright, fun, and full of things to explore. We went with our friends Zara and Alex, and from the moment we got in, it was NON-STOP FUN! 🎉 We started at the mini cinema (yes, our own tiny movie theatre 🍿), laughing and enjoying every second. Then we ran to the arts & crafts area where we could paint, create, and make the coolest masterpieces ever! Ruby and i love mixing colours, and went all out with bold, sparkly designs ✨ The play zones? OMG. We climbed into the huge trampoline, danced, explored and basically turned into adventurers 😂 One minute we were explorers, the next minute we were superheroes saving the world! We even created our own little “city” and became bosses for the day. That’s what we loved most about KidCity Lagos — you can be anything you want! - It’s fun AND creative 🎨 - You can learn while playing 🧠 - You feel free to be yourself 💕 - Every corner is exciting and different 🌈 Honestly, we didn’t want to leave 😭 If you’re in Lagos and looking for the best kids play place, family-friendly activities, or weekend or holiday fun, you NEED to visit @kidCity_lagos . Isaiah 45:2 — “I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight…” Father, we lean on this verse because there’s so much about their future we can’t see. We don’t know which friendships will form, which subjects will stretch them, or what challenges may come. But You said You would go ahead and straighten the paths. So we trust You to level every anxiety, remove every stumbling block, and prepare their way with excellence and safety. 2. Psalm 91:11 — “For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.” Lord, I use this verse as a mother calling on heaven’s army. You promised angelic backup — not just in emergencies, but in every hallway, bus ride, and classroom. I speak this over my girls Amber and Ruby: they are divinely guarded. No evil will touch them. No accident will locate them. They are covered by assigned angels from heaven’s throne. 3. James 1:5 — “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God... and it will be given to you.” Father, there will be questions they may afraid to ask in class. Situations that could confuse them. Choices that require discernment. But You said to ask You for wisdom. So I’m asking on their behalf — fill their hearts and minds with divine insight, quick thinking, and confidence beyond their years. 4. Luke 2:52 — “And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.” Jesus is their standard. You showed us that it’s possible to grow with balance — academically, physically, socially, and spiritually. I declare this same pattern over our daughters Amber and Ruby Oyinsan. Let their beauty not just be seen on the outside, but through the grace, confidence, and favor they carry in every room. 5. Philippians 4:19 — “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.” Lord, school needs are many — fees, books, uniforms, transport. But You said You will supply ALL. Not some. Not most. ALL. So We bring every need before You, confident that Your provision will overflow into our home. No need will go unmet. InJesus Name Amen.
