A bathroom conceived as a quiet, immersive landscape, inspired by Japanese bathing culture, where water rises to brush the ears and the act of bathing becomes a moment of stillness and presence. A space designed to be inhabited rather than crossed, where one sits, pauses, and immerses—both physically and mentally.
Custom-designed and crafted to measure, the project uses mosaic as a narrative material: not decoration, but a continuous, tactile surface. Everything unfolds tone on tone, without contrasts, where only subtle variations in texture, light, and surface articulation define the space.
Water guides the project, setting its rhythm and proportions. Surfaces hold it, accompany it, and reflect it with restraint. Nothing is added for effect; every choice celebrates essentiality, craftsmanship, and a quiet sense of ritual.
A bathroom that does not seek to impress, but to welcome. An intimate, contemplative place where design gently fades into experience.
