Our first step to the married life! Yesterday we got our marriage license at Harris County on the most perfect day, give or take some rain. This is the start of a new chapter and I can’t wait to see what each page has in store for us ❤️

It turns out that 730 days fly by just like that when you’re with the right person ❤️ I love you with all my being and can’t wait to see where this next year in our lives takes us!
As you probably know, there’s a national shortage of blood products. We have to be more strict about our transfusion thresholds so that we don’t eventually run out. That makes it tough when a patient requires daily blood products or if multiple trauma victims come to the hospital. Take a minute during your quarantine to donate blood! I think MD Anderson just asks for employees but there are plenty of other spots around the area that are still open. A small painting I bought on the streets of Paris from when I studied abroad in Europe in college! For the longest time I thought I lost it when I was packing up my dorm in Maastricht. Glad I could find it today while cleaning up my room back home!
