Paris we are with you again tonight for the final show of this week EU tour.
We will have these one-off limited edition posters signed by the band at the merch stand.
It was designed by
@amanite.paris who wrote the below words:
"Since the dawn of time, uncertain though they may be,
the Statue of the Republic has always brought Parisians together in its square.
It remains a symbol of struggles and social movements.
It is here, even today, that gatherings in support of the Palestinian people are held, demanding justice and peace for Gaza.
Likewise, French current affairs are particularly intense this social rentrée, with the “Bloquons tout” (“Block Everything”) movement on September 10 and the announced strikes.
The symbols of rights, equality, justice, and peace for all, embodied by this monument, are universal. It therefore seemed only natural that the statue would stand with Kneecap in their struggle, and more broadly with artists who dare to take a stand despite political pressure.
