LEG DAY ⚡️After your dynamic warm-up, your first lift should still feel like part of the warm-up, not something you just jump into.
With barbell squats, don’t rush straight to your working weight. Build up to it:
start light ➡️ ease into a moderate load (~50–60%) ➡️ then get into your top sets.
This is where you clean up your form, find your depth, and get your body ready to actually move weight well.

Glute day 🍑
One thing I always tell my clients: don’t be afraid of lifting heavier.
A lot of people stay stuck using the same weights for months and then wonder why nothing changes.
If you want your glutes (or any muscle) to grow, you have to gradually challenge them more over time. That’s where progressive overload comes in.
It doesn’t mean jumping to crazy weights overnight. It can be a little more weight, a few more reps, or better control of the movement.
Little by little, your body adapts… and that’s when real progress happens ⚡️
