my part:
I used unreal to make a procedural SDF modular “flower” material that had a radial kaleidoscope effect to copy petals. Then i added moving galaxies inside each “flower” as it grows with 3 layers of stars that move to create parallax. Then i used a post processing material to create a warp effect for the side projections. I rendered out 8 alphaed videos, one for each drum key and compiled everything in resolume. With alot of help and feedback from all the wonderful people @spacetimecollaborative

Out of the darkness, a glowing hand emerges; honoring and giving reverence to our hands. With each breath, a pulse of life force activates the hand, illuminating the energy meridians and activating our ability to create. The animation illustrates the wellness practice of Reiki as a visual meditation in energy healing. The viewer is encouraged to breathe in and out as the light pulses up the hand, visualizing the energy within their own hands growing till it emerges in an explosion of life force energy from the palm.
