This project kicks off with the relocation of an existing lab, setting the stage for a 2,558 SF expansion that will introduce a cutting-edge R&D lab and dedicated engineering space. A 366 SF storage room will be transformed into a high-performance analytical lab, while the 445 SF finishing lab gets a modern upgrade. To foster collaboration, 3,193 SF of existing office space will be reimagined into an open office layout with integrated conference areas — built for innovation and growth.
