One of the best things I did in 2025 was take a solo trip: a full blown itinerary, investment in the best lodging and experiences, like you’d do when traveling with a companion. I was completely offline — even left my phone in New York — to be as present as I possibly could be in the desert. It was truly the best soul food! If there’s one thing you need to do in 2026, it’s to give yourself experiences that can’t — or aren’t supposed to — be shared with others. Sometimes friends, family or partners can’t (or don’t want) to go with you, sometimes their spirit isn’t called to it — and that’s ok! Always remember your life is YOURS and yours alone. You owe it to yourself to journey your own path. Walk it with the grace of God and others will meet you when/if they’re supposed to 🫀
