Been a bit quiet on here as life invariably bends and sways with its twists and turns. Had a little pause from Substack but promise to be back soon. In the meantime, why not check out April’s recipes which are all Bake Sale themed and quite joyous.

This week's Substack is all about quince! I've got a ridiculously easy base recipe for poached quince, plus tons of ideas to take it to the next level. Highlights from last month in the Stockholm archipelago. Seems a million years ago now, but I’m still holding on tight to the light evenings, stunning sunsets, all my fave foods and people. Until next summer. 💕🇸🇪 #sweden #stockholmskärgård #stockholmimitthjärta #stockholmarchipelago #vaxholm #svensksommar
