Harry was someone we didnβt need to motivate to train as he was already training but not seeing the results from his hard work, struggling with bike fitness

Improved hamstring flexibility, lunge technique as well as upper body and lower body endurance and fitness to name a few improvements that have led Harry to feeling more confident on the bike , being able to safely push to end the end of the race , and really enjoying riding and weekends ππ»
