For HR-020, Altered Tapes (Chicago) and Platurn (Bay Area) offer a double dose of Marvin from his classic blaxploitation soundtrack. Already a b-boy classic in its original form, Altered Tapes decided to turn it up the b-boy dial even more with a flip centered around a heavy drum break for Side A. While over on Side B, Platurn offers us an extended, DJ-friendly, stemmed-out version that holds more true to Marvin's take while also adding all the flavor we wish the OG had! Both guaranteed to make you bounce.
