People these days often overlook the art of color grading. I still remember reaching out to @tehillahdecastro , who first introduced me to Davinci Resolve. Ever since then, I’ve been so grateful for the opportunity to explore and grow in this craft. Over the years, I’ve not only developed my own style but also embraced experimentation. As I continue this journey, I’m allowing myself to be more open with my process and share a glimpse of it with you all.

Originally, a significant portion of this project was planned to be filmed at Westview Cemetery. However, due to location restrictions, we had to shift everything to our secondary location, which presented some challenges. Despite this, having a test shoot day proved invaluable—it streamlined the process and ensured everything ran smoothly during production. It was a pleasure and an honor for @altar.prod to edit and curate assets for the 2024 National Academy Induction Ceremony. For the color grading and overall inspiration of the project, *Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince* played a major role in shaping the visual style I envisioned. The film’s muted tones were deliberately chosen to evoke the textured color palette seen in Rembrandt’s paintings—a key influence for director David Yates. This approach added depth and atmosphere, which I aimed to capture in my own work.
