Recently completed 5,000 sq ft of office space ✅ We’re proud to share the completion of a 5,000 sq. ft. office space in Richmond Hill. Originally scoped as a tenant suite, this project took an interesting turn mid-construction when the space was leased—requiring our team to quickly pivot and adapt to a new client vision. Through close collaboration and a solutions-focused approach, we seamlessly implemented the necessary changes while maintaining strong momentum on site. Despite the evolving scope, the project was delivered with a very reasonable schedule extension—a testament to our team’s flexibility, coordination, and commitment to delivering quality results under dynamic conditions. 95 Mural 📍 GC- Alta Construction Schedule: 4 weeks We just completed this 4,000 sq ft tenant fit out for Alta Construction. Big transformation on this commercial space ⚡️ Our team completed a full electrical upgrade to bring this unit up to today’s standards — improving lighting, functionality, and life safety throughout. Scope highlights: • New pot lights and updated ceiling grid lighting • Added a brand-new kitchen where there wasn’t one before • Installed additional TVs with data runs throughout the space • Supplied & Installed new floor monuments • Full code upgrades to meet current life safety requirements From lighting to layout to infrastructure, this space is now brighter, smarter, and built to work better for the people using it every day. #ElectricalContractor #CommercialElectrical #LightingUpgrade #OfficeFitOut #ElectricalWork

⁠Alone, a peak. Together, a landscape. ⁠ ⁠ What an honour and joy it was to create this year’s @idstoronto Furniture Forecast exhibit. Highlighting the integrity of Canadian craftsmanship, we used this opportunity to shine the spotlight on pioneering furniture designers.⁠ ⁠ Our design ethos for Furniture Forecast was grounded in Design for Disassembly. In response to the transient nature of trade show exhibits, we worked with readily available local “Canadiana Industrial” materials including steel studs, corrugated metal panels, steel grates and furniture-grade plywood to create a structural shell that was robust yet temporary. Every element was designed to be carefully dismantled and repurposed, ensuring the exhibit left a positive footprint.⁠ ⁠ The concept was defined by contrast. To soften the rawness of the construction materials, we introduced drapery that echoed the architecture itself. The undulating fabric mirrored the rhythm of the corrugated metal, blurring the boundary between hard and soft.
