Our Founder and Lead Coach Toby Clarke has enjoyed a career spanning 20 years in Theatre, TV and Film as a Director, Playwright and Acting Coach. Nominated for Olivier and Offie awards for his directing work, Toby has recently worked on Queenie (Channel 4), Get Millie Black (HBO), Sherwood (ITV) and Christy (BBC) as an Acting Coach. His clients have starred in Eastenders, Top Boy, Hollyoaks, and at the Almeida, Royal Court & Bush Theatre.

Our Saturday group just finished their last session with Toby, which marks the end of this term!
We'll be back in just a couple of weeks with a whole new cohort of pure talent. 😎
We're gearing up for another ALT. showcase, and we want to hear from writers looking to see their work on stage! 💥
What we're looking for:
➡️ Duologues - 2 characters only
➡️ Scenes that will showcase both actors equally
➡️ 3 min long approx.
➡️ This can be a brand-new stand-alone piece, or excerpt(s) from a longer piece of work.
Your piece will be showcased at The Other Palace Studio in May 2026, and directed by OLIVIER & OFFIE Nominated Toby Clarke.
