Said yes to a lifetime with @danielpbayliss in Beachwood Canyon, a place that has always felt like a dream to me, and now even more so💫 apparently it’s actually a good idea to date your roommate?! I love you, DPB💛💛 (shout-out to @coriadelinetoll for hiding in the landscaping to capture this moment and to @nickschraffenberger for bringing us together!)

Our sweetie foster dog, Keanu, passed away a few weeks ago🩵 he was the best little guy and we miss him. The most common question I get about fostering is: “How can you foster? Doesn’t it make you so sad to let them go to another home?” Sure, but I’d be a lot more sad if Keanu had spent his last weeks in a cage at the shelter. And I’m devastated thinking about the millions of dogs and cats who never get to leave. Fostering is our way of making a small difference in a huge problem, and any sadness that comes from that is well worth it. Thank you as always to @maedayrescue for the opportunity to foster and have these precious pets as a part of our life. Sweet dreams Keanu, you are loved🩵🩵

One more post about Marshall because…he got adopted! Fostering him was such a special experience. When I picked him up from the shelter he couldn’t stop shaking, his belly was swollen and we thought he might not have much time left. A few months later he is loving life and has a lot more pep in his step. He got adopted by a family that loves senior yorkies and he fits right in🥰 thank you @danielpbayliss for being Marshall’s bff the last few months and to @maedayrescue for the honor of caring for him. Happy tails Marshy Marsh!🤎🤎
