Join Alphas from across the metro under the “Alphas of Atlanta Tent” at the 49th Annual Atlanta Jazz Festival on May 24th (Sunday).
The event is free and open to the public, and our tent will be the spot to connect, recharge, and enjoy good vibes all day.
Before the night closes with Esperanza Spalding and The Roots, guests can enjoy food and beverages (donations appreciated). Brothers seeking a chapter home can meet bros from across the Metro Atlanta and get plugged in.

Serving on the Alphas of Atlanta Committee as Entertainment Chair, while also having the privilege of serving as the Official Emcee for The Alpha Derby, is a responsibility I never take lightly.
Yes… it’s a lot of work. Long meetings. Long days. Problem-solving in real time. Moving pieces everywhere. But every ounce of effort is worth it when you see the nonprofits and community programs benefiting from what we collectively built together.
The real MVPs are the organizations and leaders on the frontlines every single day—making sure our communities, our youth, and our future are seen, valued, supported, and heard. That’s the real win. That’s the real impact.
Thank you to every sponsor, volunteer, attendee, partner, DJ, artist, committee member, and supporter who poured into this weekend. Community only works when people decide to show up for each other… and y’all showed up in a major way.

On May 1, 2026, the @alpha_derby gets underway with their golf tournament. A wonderful blend of people and players partake of the festivities.
We're able to catch a few snapshots here and there as proceeds from the weekend support the @alphasofatlanta who in turn via their grant program provide funding opportunities for fellow nonprofits across Metro-Atlanta.
