More than a hundred years ago, some folks dragged all this machinery up here to try and drag a living out of this mountain. It didn’t work, the North Cascades are not kind, but I can’t help but be in awe of the effort.
This year’s Columbia Range Klask Championship was definitely one to remember. Great snow, good vis, great vibes, and great competition where it really matters: the Klask board. All Hail King @lukestevens__ , may he reign until next year.
