In support of displaced families who are still facing challenging circumstances, ALPHA, in partnership with Médecins Sans Frontières, provided mattresses to help bring comfort, dignity, and a sense of safety to those most affected at Jamiat Al Islamiyah in Saida.
Sometimes, even the simplest support can remind people that they are not facing hardship alone.

Youth Empowerment through Environmental Stewardship 🌱
Through environmental and mental well-being activities, the A’Risheh Team, in partnership with Misereor, is empowering 900 young people from vulnerable communities in Bourj Hammoud and Nabaa to become active contributors to a more sustainable and inclusive society.
By integrating ecotherapy and nature-based activities, the project supports participants’ mental and emotional well-being while strengthening resilience, social connections, self-esteem, and stress management skills. These initiatives also enhance young people’s ecological responsibility and personal development, helping steer them away from risks, while creating positive ripple effects that promote social cohesion and sustainable community development.
ZVARTNOTZ BOUTIQUE DISPLAY LAUNCH
On Friday, 8 May 2026, Zvartnotz Centre welcomed Alpha Association and A’risheh team, in the presence of Father Albert Abi Azar, President of Alpha, Father Fadi Al Naaman, Jenny Naufal, Head of Capacity Building Department, Perla Al Naaman, Project Director, and team members.
After a heartfelt welcome from the centre’s director, Mrs. Vartiné Ohanian-Kevorkian, we celebrated the launch of Zvartnotz Boutique Display in the presence of the participants’ parents, who shared this special moment with pride and emotion. ✨💚
Today, we proudly witnessed the rise of new eco-citizens and advocates , our students who proved that every individual can create meaningful change within the community.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Alpha Association and A’risheh team for this valuable collaboration, support, and shared vision toward empowerment, inclusion, and sustainable community impact.🌱
In collaboration with UNICEF, ALPHA Association is continuing the implementation of psychosocial support and recreational activities at Al Jami3a Al Islamiye – Khalde.
These activities play an important role in supporting displaced children by promoting emotional well-being, social interaction, and stress relief. Through sports, teamwork, and creative engagement, children are encouraged to build resilience and regain a sense of safety and inclusion.

The crisis continues, and many families still remain in need of support. Through the continued support of the Hands of Care project, ALPHA Association remains committed to standing beside affected families in Burj Hammoud, where the needs are still urgent and increasing.
As part of the distributions, families received hygiene kits and food parcels, helping provide essential support and relief during these difficult times.

Through movement, teamwork, and creativity, children begin to heal, reconnect, and feel a sense of belonging again.
بالتعاون مع UNICEF، تواصل جمعية ألفا تنفيذ أنشطة الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي والأنشطة الترفيهية في 13 مدرسة في صيدا.
بالنسبة للأطفال النازحين، لا تُعدّ الرياضة واللعب مجرد لحظات للمرح، بل هي حاجة أساسية. فهي تساعدهم على تفريغ التوتر، واستعادة ثقتهم بأنفسهم، وخلق شعور بالأمان وسط حالة عدم الاستقرار. ومن خلال الحركة والعمل الجماعي والإبداع، يبدأ الأطفال بالتعافي، وإعادة التواصل مع الآخرين، واستعادة إحساسهم بالانتماء.
في عيد العمال، لا نحتفل فقط بالعمل… بل بالصمود.
في بلد يختبر أبناءه كل يوم، يبقى العامل اللبناني مثالًا للإرادة التي لا تنكسر، وللكرامة التي لا تُساوَم رغم كل التحديات.
تحية لكل يدٍ تتعب بصمت، لكل عقلٍ يبدع رغم الضغوط، ولكل قلبٍ ما زال يؤمن أن هذا البلد يستحق الأفضل.

In partnership with UNICEF, ALPHA Association is transforming 13 schools in Saida into safe spaces where play becomes a path to healing. Through LEGO and recreational activities, children are not only building structures, but slowly rebuilding their sense of safety, creativity, and control. These shared moments nurture imagination, strengthen teamwork, and help children reconnect, with themselves and with others.
بالتعاون مع اليونيسف، تعمل جمعية ألفا على تحويل 13 مدرسة في صيدا إلى مساحات آمنة حيث يصبح اللعب طريقًا نحو التعافي. من خلال أنشطة الليغو والأنشطة الترفيهية، لا يكتفي الأطفال ببناء مجسّمات، بل يعيدون تدريجيًا بناء إحساسهم بالأمان والإبداع والسيطرة. هذه اللحظات المشتركة تغذّي الخيال، وتعزّز روح العمل الجماعي، وتساعد الأطفال على إعادة التواصل مع أنفسهم ومع من حولهم
