so I taught a Micro:bit to mimic my facial expressions in real-time.
It uses Computer Vision to track my smile ratio, gaze direction, and blinks. Smile → It beams back. Look left/right → It follows my eyes. Make an ”O“ mouth → It gets surprised.
Now I spend all day making weird faces at my webcam instead of working…

I keep zoning out whenever I try to work…
so I built a tiny reminder to tell me not to stare into space or scroll my phone.
It tracks my face, eye gaze, head tilt, and blinks in real time.
Look down or stare away for too long → it interrupts me.
Stay focused → it leaves me alone.
Double blink → a tiny reward is triggered.
Somehow, I got distracted even more…
