I dreamt of Alma & Rebels long before I launched the brand. I had a desire to create products that were thoughtful, made with ALMA ( soul) and above all, considerate of their impact. Beautiful yet, conscious designs. So excited for you to discover all that we have to offer and what’s dropping next.
From our carefully picked designer deadstock fabrics to now our carefully selected suppliers of hand crafted jewelry and hats. Good things take time and many iterations…but its always worth the wait. At Alma, we bring together a world that inspires our customers to care about how and where their things are made.
Thank you for hanging with me here while there have been shifts in content sharing this past year— life happens and sometime its important to take long breaks. It feels like its been months since I’ve sat down to write or design anything new. I have even wondered whether I was even capable of it anymore. I was just not in the season of being creative, and thats ok. Working full time, raising a baby, running a home and company while also designing means I just haven’t had the space to write or get inspired to create. I know so many of you mamas can relate.
But I’m slowly entering a new season and taking deep breaths because I’m still here— in the meantime here are the new color ways that are dropping in the coming weeks for fall ( Blue Diamond, Golden Sun, Cream and Black Onyx) #MasAma

Currently, living in slip dresses for the near future. Its my staple piece that I gravitate to almost always when I get dressed.
I have been busy designing new pieces for ALMA that are coming this season… feeling more settled in motherhood has allowed me to make more work and dig deeper into it. When I think of designing anything, it has to bring a little magic to my daily life, playtime at the park, work meetings and social gatherings. What’s the point if doesn’t? But also, they have to be functional pieces otherwise its just not something I’ll ever gravitate time and time again to.
As a self taught designer, I just focus on clothes that fit well. A good textured fabric that has amazing drape is key. Sourcing all the materials is my favorite aspect of design as I can get lost for hours finding just the right fabrics for ALMA.
This has been one of the most amazing seasons of my life and yet hardest as I navigate through my first year of motherhood and also grief in all its forms. There has been so much to process in such a short time and a lot of movement but I feel like it’s all coming into balance.
There are so many things I am grateful for and focused on at the moment and I cant wait to share more with you all. #MasAlma

Fall Vibes at Alma are coming and its been long over due but sometimes a break is needed to let the creativity flow.
“Feeling drawn to textures, colors and nature has helped me create an emotional connection to all I create. I personally love pieces that have a timeless feeling.”
And that’s what I create here at Alma … timeless pieces filled with longevity.
The fall line-up of color ways are underway in our best sellers. Along, with our hats and rings.

Paring back doesn’t mean stark minimalism. If you notice through all our drops we use reuse accessories but yet they have a different feeling each time.
It’s all about having awareness of what we need and what we love— our designes are timeless with longevity in mind. In offering a smaller edit we hope that inspires our customers to own less and invest in pieces that will last a lifetime. #MasAlma

Inspired by living with less, we stand for holding tight to the things that we love and amplifying what matters most.
Alma is about thoughtful simplification, dreaming up success on our terms. Our collections are guided by designer Deadstock fabrics which we source from designers who have over estimated their buys and we upcycled them into new pieces.
Alma is for all seasons — seasons of the year and seasons of our lives.

A big Alma shout out to my girl Laura who has totally embodied what Alma is all about. Being authentically herself.
A little fact on how Laura and I met- was through our little fur babies Bohdi and Rain at the dog park. It was an instant connection…
She’s fierce in the love she brings to the people she loves and it’s one of the things I love most about her. So proud of all the growth your doing girl… here’s to building and creating more. I love you and am so grateful we found each other in this life. # MasAlma

Alma in the high desert…. we are so excited to announce we are now apart of @mojaveflea in Yucca Valley. Mojave is collective boutique-in-boutique concept filled with small brands from Coachella Valley, Joshua Tree and beyond which are the core of this magical bohemian department store. Its a treasure trove of desert-inspired goods — homewares, accessories and artwork, vintage apparel and apothecary items, all with a distinct California-edge.
Shout out @james.anthony.morelos the owner and creator of Mojave for giving this little brand of mine an opportunity to bring my brand story to life. What I love about this shop is that it is all about brand discovery and creating a more meaningful experience for customers and the creators of the brands. It’s all about shopping small and supporting local makers.
“Vintage is one of the biggest categories in our stores, and moving away from excess manufacturing and disposable living, making things from dead stock, and repurposing these amazing finds just feels right.” - James Morelos / Founder of Mojave Flea
So stop by and shop ALMA IRL next time your in the high desert. We offer all of our core collection of dresses, jewelry, hats and coming this summer to the line up bandanas made from the excess pieces of our silky deadstock fabrics.
At ALMA we strive for just a little bit better. We try to produce in a way that is conscious of the planet, by making small choices that we hope will create huge impact. That means limited pieces as designer deadstock fabric is limited so once the color way is gone it’s gone. Which results in smaller collections and more resources allocated to support those limited silhouettes, its an intersection where fashion + sustainability collide.
Thanks for all the support these last 5 years… Art and creation takes time. And space. And a bit of perspective to seek inspiration. So much inspiration is flowing these days. #MasALMA coming soon.
This mama in my orbit decided it was time to join me here at ALMA for some dress up time @sarahjaneecox wearing …
the Rebel Cami dress in the most magical deadstock Violet silk fabric.
Getting to shoot with some of my best friends through the years has been one the most inspiring aspects of working on ALMA. We’re all just roaming this Earth in search of connection and love. And at the end of it all, there’s only one thing left, and that is love. #MasAlma

On a warm Spring day, we packed up and headed to the the hills in my neighborhood of Agoura with photographer Joy Nowell to enjoy the California landscape in our most-loved Rebel Slip Dress — made for feeling your best.
Everything we choose to wear tells a story. It is woven into the threads, the fibers, and sihloettes. Each piece serves as a silent witness to memories cherished, chapters we want to hold onto, milestones crossed and love we want to wrap around ourselves. A tangible connection to moments that define us.
