Lately we’ve been designing three bathrooms in a London townhouse.
The client has amazing taste, but she’s selling soon.
So this wasn’t about self-expression.
It was about value.
When you design to sell, the question shifts from
“what do I love?” to
“what will feel right to the next person?”
Value doesn’t come from spending more.
It comes from clear layouts, balanced materials, good lighting, and spaces that feel resolved.
This is why I always say: involve a designer early.
You save money, time, and a lot of stress later.
Design can be quiet.
And still incredibly strategic.
RESET WELLNESS in Islington, the 3,000 sqm community sauna and ice bath project, is now just one month away from completion.
It has been an unreal journey, and we couldn’t be more proud of it.
Pure joy, honestly, seeing creativity turn into a real, tangible space.
