This year, FOR THE FIRST TIME, I’m fundraising for Broadway Bares, benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, because I can’t stand idly by and watch my community be ravaged.
We protect us, and I’m here for the revolution!
Join me! Link in bio - donate to the resistance (spicy pics a bonus).
At @nycmarymount the MT department has a tradition called Dance Share: every class gets together and show what they’ve been working on and their peers get to scream for them and it’s incredibly wholesome and life-affirming. This is my sophomore class this year. Look at my babies dance!
To my dear sophomores at @nycmarymount - thank you for making me feel special. I feel privileged that I got to share in your artistry this year. I hope your future is full of glory and curiosity.
HAPPY INTERNATIONAL DANCE DAY.
(Missed it by a couple hours, but shhh) Dance was of my first great loves. I feel so fortunate that it’s still part of my job, even tho now I’m behind the camera or stage rather than on in front of or on it. Here’s me and queen @alm433 8 (??!?) years ago during our tuacahn days. Moses Supposes backwards and in heels, baby! And king @michael.hopewell.music who was VERY kind to play with us.
Thank god for dance. Now where even ARE my tap shoes? 🤔
✨ Ashley Marinelli, IDA judge and choreographer, shares her perspective on judging the open category and what dancers can do to stand out.
She emphasizes that performances should be fully committed and clearly communicated so the judges and audience understands exactly what the dancer is presenting.

It was a pleasure spending a few weeks on the barricade with my @tuacahn.amp cast of Les Mis. Back to NYC for the month of April, and returning to Utah for tech in May. 🇫🇷
