2025 truly had some magic ✨ I felt like this year I finally allowed myself to breathe and slow down. I tuned into teaching myself to handle a full production, controlling lighting and building sets myself. I'm excited for all the doors that await for me to open. I'm feeling inspired by building into myself and I'm ready to have so much creative fun. To being beyond whatever people think our limits can be, embracing our genuine selves, and allowing that to influence all the movies we have yet to create. 🥰 Proud of me, for what I've built and accomplished. 2024 - Two years freelancing full time 🙌🏼 I'm so grateful for every single person who trusted me this year to try different things, have fun, feel safe around, and make some sick shit. Had my first international work trip in Costa Rica, brought to life mad sets at @uptownshots , helped dogs get adopted by making media, and all around spreading good vibes around great teams. This is my second concept video, and it still feels surreal being able to see my work come to life in this way. I truly love to create, and projects like this fuel me to keep growing. They remind me how grateful I am to live this life through this art form.

When I first heard this song by @raye and @hanszimmer , I had goosebumps and almost had tears in my end towards the end. It was the first time I have witnessed someone describe depression with so much depth in a song, and in heels and a red dress. I felt seen, exposed even - because this thing that we try so hard to hide and feel nobody will understand, is a more common experience than we like to believe. It felt like she was talking to me, to all of us, when she said everything is going to be alright. The uplifting music, visuals, lyrics and storytelling had me obsessed and I have been listening to it on loop. Through this two part choreography, I have tried to capture this storytelling in my own way.

Viraham: A Chronicle of Orpheus & Eurydice

“Viraham” (the pain of separation) brings the story of Orpheus and Eurydice to life through Indian classical and contemporary dance. The piece unfolds in two parts: the first is a duet exploring the profound connection between the lovers, ending with Eurydice’s sudden death from a snake bite. The second follows Orpheus as he navigates the depths of grief, haunted by visions of his beloved and coming to terms with her passing.
This short dance film reflects on themes of love, longing, and the human experience of separation, capturing the fleeting yet powerful moments that define our connections.
