A special weekend back in Feb.
Our second time at the cabin, and a very memorable one. After a cold swim in the river, we cracked open a bottle of plonk and while warming up next to the fire - Lu asked me to marry him. Unsurprisingly, I said yes.
31! Lots of fun! Birthday parties! Goodie bags! Trampolines! Hiking! Wiffle Golf! Two cakes! Handmade cards!
Very grateful and lucky that my friends still love me after dragging them come to the trampoline park for ‘Big Al’s Birthday Bounce’ (don’t worry, I put Ibuprofen in the goodie bags)🌀
March! Birthdays, PB’s, coffee in the sun, pub dinners, getting film developed, running again after being sick for two weeks and new friends (Solo, the cat)
An (almost) perfect long weekend at Apex: ski-in/ski-out, hot tub, and the Olympics on in the background, only thing missing was a dump of fresh snow
