At the end of last year (about a decade late) I finally bought a house. Had a great two weeks when I moved in and still have a heap of work to do but now I’ve found myself working in Northern Ireland.
Beautiful country and lovely people, just wish I had more time to enjoy the place rather than work.
Cheers to @michaelbrandon.88 for supplying the metal, @jamie88mac for cleaning up my dodgy cuts and doing the welding.
Printing out disclaimers for people to sign next time I take this out!
I bought some art, the first art that’s not been printed on a skateboard deck. This art was supposed to be printed on a skateboard deck but unfortunately was far too detailed. So a less detailed version will be printed and the boards will be sold with profits going towards the DIY. Delighted!
So after longer than I’d like to admit the deep end of the bowl has finally been emptied.
Massive thanks to @moodieboy for coming down with the pump and generator to get the water out. The boys were a great help too!
Never smelt anything like the sludge that came out of that silt trap before 🤢 but here’s hoping it won’t turn into a swimming pool again anytime soon.
Great trip for work training down to the livingston/Bathgate/Glasgow last week. @kingstondiy jam on Wednesday night was sick. Nice one @fakie.sb
Thursday afternoon in West Calder for a solo skate in a cool wee park between the schools.
Then @arches_diy Friday afternoon before driving up the road. Great to finally see and skate some other diy spots around the country.
Oh and I got 100% on the training course 👍🏼
