Was treaded to an intimate stripped back set last night from @ally_row_ 1 mic, close , personal and laid bare .
Was great to see something different and another side to it
@bridge64kitchen_bar was a great little venue I didn’t know about before, set in a marina so a proper picturesque view out the window which was some of the inspiration for the vibe of the night
Great set of originals with a Johnny cash cover thrown in the middle of the set and then a 2 song encore cause the crowd wouldn’t let them leave so they let them so they decided to put the last couple of songs to public vote
And got to say I think ally’s voice was perfect for “pink pony club”

@carmen_bar_eatery where they had the crowd locked in from the very start
Before they began I was talking to ally and discussing music and different genres and then we were saying about where did they fall as they blend loads of different sounds and influences But I think music falls into to one of two categories, it’s either Good or Bad. And they definitely fall into the first category
Just great music and songs effortlessly done
They still have a load of dates to go (swipe to the end to see where)
But if your around the north west they are playing tonight in Preston
Before doing dates down south and London and Essex
So if you get a chance definitely go and see them

first night of the Ally Row tour at Hey Joe Meet & Coffee and my face still hurts from laughing 😭
such a gorgeous, intimate little crowd and honestly the perfect way to kick off the tour. massive love to Isabella Richardson for opening the night too; an extremely Aussie evening all round 🇦🇺
Ally Row are genuinely one of those acts that make you feel like you’re hanging out with your funniest mates whilst also casually breaking your heart with a song five minutes later???

They’ll be headlining at @countryroadsatacanteen next Thursday and tickets are literally only £15 for three acts which feels slightly illegal tbh
