Yall welcome to the Diary of a multifaceted girly;meee. Kristen! I recently got a contract job at a school which is worse for me to implement more routine in my life instead of just getting up and going with the flow. For years now the only routine that I have had in my schedule is my business coaching schedule and picking up my kids from school other than that everything is sporadic and when I feel like it I’m excited about this opportunity to take y’all on a journey of me eventually developing routine and becoming a real damn adult for myself my children and my husband so we’re starting off with little regular daily vlogs and hopefully I will start showing you guys journeys consistently doing my thing!
Very proud of my baby girl Kori for her first year of competitive cheer! Started at four years old and we’re ending the season at five! This is a very challenging and demanding sport. With two practices a week traveling out of town to competitions getting up early and committing to doing your best every time you hit that mat!
My girl did it! I’m so proud of her I watched her skill increase significantly because baby girl started with no skill at all. Thank you so much to Memphis AllStars @memphisallstars1 / @daniellecoleman23_ for working with my baby to help her become the competitive cheerleader she is today!
We have officially ended our first cheer season with Ms Kori Jade!!! Im so excited to see my baby grow and work hard at something! Thank you to the coaches and the organization Memphis AllStars ! Thank you to anyone who has supported my baby this season; buying popcorn, sending donations, or coming to a competition it means a lot to us!

This is a black-owned mother and daughter dog care company that makes natural products so that your dog doesn’t smell like a dog, lol.
We did this photoshoot in an air bnb, and my client sourced all the models hersel, thank you to everyone who participated in this shoot because we are so happy with the results!
