National PTA, the nation's largest and oldest child advocacy association, is helping us bring improved youth-led service opportunities to students of all ages through the Research-to-Impact Initiative. They have a special gift of bringing together anyone who wants to make a positive impact on the education, health and well-being of young people, so we're excited about the possibilities of this partnership.
We are honored to share that Greg Weatherford II has been named to the 2026 TIME100 Philanthropy list, which recognizes 100 of the most influential leaders shaping philanthropy around the world.
At The Allstate Foundation, we are leading a national movement to empower youth to serve and improve communities. Together with young changemakers, nonprofit partners and other practitioners, the Foundation is expanding opportunities for young people to lead service in communities across the country.
This recognition reflects the broader work the Foundation advances and the importance of investing in young changemakers who are creating positive impact.

Through our Research-to-Impact Initiative, we're so excited to support and learn from Junior Achievement USA as they continue working to provide young people with the knowledge and inspiration they need to succeed in work and life.
Each year, Future Business Leaders of America empowers more than 230,000 students with the skills and experience they need for professional success in business — where character development and community betterment are just as important as skills or finances. We're so honored they're taking part in The Allstate Foundation Research-to-Impact Initiative and helping us bring youth-led service opportunities to even more young people.
Service is so much more than just giving back. For many young people, it's an avenue to grow, build confidence, and discover what's possible for themselves and their communities. Our Research-to-Impact Initiative is focused on amplifying youth voices and expanding access to service opportunities that benefit both communities and the young people leading the efforts.
The Allstate Foundation Research-to-Impact Initiative is taking the results of our study with Gallup and using them to drive positive, lasting impact in communities across the country. Seven of the country's leading youth-serving organizations are receiving $2 million from The Allstate Foundation and are working alongside us to:
- Use funds to increase youth-led service within their ecosystem.
- Deploy shared program design considerations and track common metrics.
- Convene to collaborate, share learnings and strengthen what scales.

We discussed insights from our research with @Gallup , elevated youth voices, and encouraged the audience to support youth-led service in their communities.
"We need adults and educators not simply to listen to young people but to 'show up' in their support, too - with opportunities, resources and actionable pathways to engage in service authentically." -Tanya Keskar, The Allstate Foundation Youth Changemaker and Founder & Executive Director of Realize to Act.
