Javier | Bartender Spotlight🌟
Javier began his hospitality career at one of the busiest TGI Friday's locations, starting as a busser before quickly working his way up to server and eventually stepping behind the bar in 2009. It was there that he developed a true appreciation for mixology and the energy of creating great drinks in a fun, fast-paced environment.
After nearly a decade with Friday’s, Javier took on a lead bartender role at East Lake Woodlands Country Club, where he expanded his experience into private events, weddings, and upscale gatherings. His time there helped shape his ability to deliver both high-quality service and memorable guest experiences.
Although he later transitioned into a more stable full-time career, Javier never lost his passion for bartending.
When friends launched All Mixed Up, he jumped at the opportunity to join the team on weekends—bringing his experience, personality, and love for the craft to every event. Javier has been with the All Mixed Up Team for 8 years!
Now, Javier gets the best of both worlds—continuing to do what he loves while helping create unforgettable celebrations for couples and guests alike.
