Visualize your body as a concave, empty vessel. A vacant Opera house. An acoustically perfect container. Into this chamber, picture everything you allow in: food, emotions, thoughts, spiritual wisdom, psychedelics, supplements, conversations, swipes on your social media feed. Every one of these literal or energetic morsels carries a different tone. As it settles into its seat in the Opera house, it begins altering our DNA, our cellular structure. Over time, these notes become melodies, fusing together to become harmonies. The amalgamation of these motifs string together and become the symphony of your life. The song that you radiate out to the world. Are you playing a sad song, a melancholy tune, an anxious chant, an angry anthem, a joyful hymn…? On a day to day basis, we may not notice the impact of these unique tones because their subtlety lives as a sub perceptual layer beneath our skin and our awareness. I heard a friend say recently “my body was screaming at me”. a familiar analogy, but rarely do we listen to the body like we listen to a song. Akin to the frog in a boiling pot example, we can’t often feel ourselves being poisoned until our body is overloaded and screaming at us. Everyone’s felt what it feels like to be around an anxious human vs a person at peace. The feeling of entering a space and feeling the gravitational pull towards some humans, yet dissonance from others. But do we know what this sounds like? All matter hums. We can’t hear these songs with our ears (unless you’re Clairaudient), but our universe is contrived of sound and light vibration, including the human body. What have you been feeding yourself? Spiritually, emotionally, physically, metaphysically. What direction is it taking you? What song your vessel playing out to the world? What we ingest and absorb either attunes us to nature and unity, or weaves us into separation and constriction. The micro becomes the macro. There is immense power in recognition that small, consistent choices shape our overall life resonance, our radiance, how we are felt and heard by the humans in our presence, the world around us. What song are you playing? 🎶 - Alli

My Dad passed away unexpectedly on December 17th, 2022. I wrote a story about how I found out, my lessons from death, and how mushrooms have been a beautiful teacher in the process. It’s called “Mushrooms Eat Death For Breakfast” and you can read it at the link in my bio or here: mushroomseatdeathforbreakfast.tilda.ws 🍄☠️❣️

What if the most powerful tools for healing your brain, processing grief, and accessing something close to the divine have been growing in the earth for thousands of years? 🍄📜 In this week’s episode of “Why Isn’t Everyone Doing This?“, @emilystellafletcher sits down with @allischaper , entrepreneur and co-founder of @supermush , who got off several pharmaceutical medications at 23 and never looked back. This one goes deep. Together, they dive into: 🦁 Why Lion’s Mane is one of the most potent tools available for protecting the brain against cognitive decline 🧠 How the brain of someone on mushrooms looks remarkably similar to the brain of someone in deep meditation 🍄 Why psilocybin helps people metabolize grief without numbing it 🌱 What a microdosing protocol actually looks like when practiced with intention 🪄 Why “worry is brakes on our prayers” — and how ancient plant wisdom connects directly to manifestation Alli is warm, brilliant, and walks her talk. This conversation will shift the way you think about medicine, the earth, and what healing can actually feel like. 👇 Comment 121 and we’ll send you the full episode.

These stats speak for themselves! I feel like this conversation is increasingly LESS controversial, but I'd love to know what you think. Share this with someone you feel would benefit from hearing this. Let me know what you think about alcohol vs p$ilocybin? Share in the comments below.

I loved sitting down with my friend and longtime collaborator Joshua Kappel (@thepsychedeliclawyer ) in Antarctica last November. Josh and I co-founded @microdosingcollective together (with @paulaustin3w ), and I’ve had a front row seat to the integrity, care, and dedication he’s brought to psych-del!c policy reform for years now. From helping draft Denver’s first psil0cyb!n decriminalization initiative to co-authoring Colorado’s Prop 122 and Natural Medicine Health Act, Josh has played a major role in shaping what a more thoughtful and accessible future for psych-del!c healing could look like. 🍄‍🟫 In this conversation, we explore where the movement is headed, the responsibility that comes with legalization, and why education, community, and accessibility matter so deeply as this space continues to evolve. This is something to pay attention to. I’ve heard anecdotal stories over the years of working in the p$ychedel1c field about how the auditory cortex shifts and is enhanced during p$ilocyb1n journeys. This study was done in mice, but shows great promise for humans with hearing damage. Send this to a friend that you think would be interested. Comment “”LISTEN”” below for link to the full study.

I’m a triplet, and my aunt is my birth mother. My mom struggled to get pregnant for almost 7 years, with 6 miscarriages (9 total including after me and my siblings were born). Then after a long winding path with infertility, surgeries, and grief — my Mom and my Aunt got pregnant at the same time via In Vitro Fertilization, and birthed triplets. *I’m 100% my parents DNA, but my Aunt was a surrogate for me and my Mom carried my brother and sister, Jack & Madi* I was deeply inspired a few months back listening to my Mom and Aunt Barb tell their story detailing this journey that ended with triplets born to two different mothers in two different years (Dec 25th 1993 for Madi & Jack & exactly one month later Jan 25th 1994 for me). I wanted to record it for not only my family to have documented, but also for anyone who has struggled with fertility ❤️. Comment “MOM” below to get the full episode in your DMs. Happy Mother’s Day 💗

The data is clear: psychedelic use in the U.S. is FARRRR more widespread than our current policy acknowledges (although that may be changing rapidly based on the new FDA expedited order signed by our U.S. President...) A new report reveals a growing gap between culture and legislation — and the risks of continuing to ignore it. Key stats from the report: 📊 Public support for psilocybin is comparable to where cannabis was in the mid-90s 📊 25% of Americans believe that p$ilocyb1n should be legal 📊 49% favor supervised use in a medical setting 📊 28% support dispensary-style access 📊 23% support personal grow or forage rights Why this matters: ⚠️ Current federal policy is built as if p$ychedel1c use is minimal — but millions of Americans are already using these substances ⚠️ Criminalization creates real risks: no product quality standards, no safety guidelines, no trusted education ⚠️ Unregulated products are already being sold in places like corner stores in NYC, pushing people away from medical guidance and into riskier situations What needs to happen: 🔬 More research funding 🔬 Clear safety and education guidance 🔬 Policies that reflect how people are actually using p$ychedel1cs in the real world

A 63% drop in depression scores after 8 weeks of 5 grams of creatine per day!? This makes sense to me after all the studies on creatine for cognitive performance. We don’t need science to tell us that when the brain feels sharp and online, joy comes more easily. Protect your brain = protect your happiness. For my women - genuinely curious...have you noticed creatine’s affects on your mood or cognitive function in higher doses? Comment below.

Up to 95% of Alzheimer’s is preventable. The biggest culprit it turns out, is sleep deprivation. If you’re constantly on planes and hopping time zones (like me), then you’re bound to experience sleep deprivation. If you do, the good news is there are real, science-proven hacks to prevent your brain from damage.
