Structure is now complete across both buildings, with the Level 4 roof on and the full form of the project realised. The basement is largely complete, marking another major milestone in the build. M&P – Monthly Update Great to see the progress at Allera’s M&P development in Kingscliff over the month of December. With works tracking to program, the Alroe team has now completed the basement walls and piling, perimeter capping beam and bulk excavation. In December we saw the progression of detailed excavation and the installation of basement drainage services. Following this will be the pouring of the basement footings, installation of the tower crane base, and construction of the sub-basement level including the basement slab pour. It’s been a wonderful month of weather in Kingscliff, with sunny days, warm ocean waters, and just a touch of rain.
