Just a fun little project I did a while ago at my old day job. This probably has to be the deepest I've ever dove into the Sinumeric Control (Sinumerik 840dsl with PCU50.3) Using GUD's, machine parameters, custom cycle call command and lasty a draft of a shop mill interface (easy screen programming)...so much fun to play with. I've had the pleasure of helping to demo NC Transform software several times this month, along with my partner companies NC Software Solutions and @renishawengineering . We had a great time discussing challenges with local customers and showing some really powerful probing and adaptive machining workflows.
