As Hung Hom has now become Hong Kong’s inter-city mass transport hub, this hotel is positioned to be a key accommodation choice for commuters and travelers. The location provides easy access to major transportation links, making it an ideal place for both business and leisure travelers.

Here is a glimpse inside our design for The Blissful Place – a retirement community for the elderly. We have integrated landscape into our interior spaces, as well as external and internal exercise corners to inspire a healthy lifestyle. Our design intention is to provide a centralized space with a variety of activities. We hope our building provides a welcoming and comforting haven for the elderly community.

The Hong Kong Girls Guide Association (HKGGA) is located in Kowloon and spans over 2500 square meters. The building features a 6-storey podium that will house various communal facilities, including training and activity rooms, multi-purpose halls, common lounge areas, and more.
We have chosen to use Module Integrated Construction (MiC) for the 23-storey tower to ensure efficiency and innovation. The tower is designed to become a youth hostel with over 500 rooms, aiming to provide the youth members of HKGGA with a comfortable and vibrant living space. We are thrilled to see this project come to life in 2026!

The Pound Lane Bathhouse – A Heritage & Adaptive Reuse Project
Opened in 1904, the Pound Lane Bathhouse was Hong Kong’s first bathhouse facility used to improve environmental hygiene in the community. This historic structure has been a vital public facility as it is one of the few public facilities for people to take a hot shower.
Decades later, we have refurbished the Pound Lane Bathhouse with modern upgrades while preserving its original character and materials used. Located in Sheung Wan, the bathhouse continues to serve the community by providing a place to go to the bathroom and take a shower. We are proud to receive the Special Award from the Hong Kong Institute of Architects for this project and we hope this facility will be cherished for years to come!

We are excited to present our design for the university student hostel and learning complex at Whitehead, Ma On Shan!
Designed for @cityuhongkong , this large-scale student accommodation and learning complex features 6 student halls with approximately 2000 beds and an abundance of recreational facilities, including sports halls, gymnasiums, dining areas, music and dance rooms, and more.
We adopted the concept of an academic park, intentionally designing spaces to inspire learning. Unlike conventional rectangular classrooms, our design offers more intimate settings with ample green spaces outside, creating a unique learning environment. We have also incorporated tile patterns, aluminum grilles and cladding to provide directionality. We hope this development will provide an exciting educational and social experience for future students for many years to come!

A high-rise residential tower, Kennedy 38 is located in the western district of Hong Kong. The building’s exterior is designed to maximize views, incorporating contemporary elements in its façade. Inside, we’ve prioritized comfort and convenience, creating spaces that cater to modern lifestyles.
Designed to be community-driven, Kennedy 38 offers various pockets of open spaces that encourage social interaction. From communal gardens to shared lounges, each area is thoughtfully crafted to bring residents together and create a vibrant living environment.
We hope that our design delivers a comfortable living experience for today’s homeowners by combining aesthetics, functionality, and community in one tower.
