wrote this song in 2024 when i was back home in NY, feeling very unsure of how the future was gonna pan out. days would blur together and it felt like things just kept not working out. there’s no perfect alternative, just the path you’re on and what you choose to do with it. it’ll come together in ways you can’t see yet. 2 months ago i came back to this song, recorded and we added a lot more to the production. made this song because i really needed it then, and still do

First song we made after moving to Florida. Everything was done in our friends spare bedroom, we stayed there for 2 months until finding our own place. These moments are flying by quick but sometimes feel slow motion while you’re in them. Be as present as you can, you don’t know when it’ll be over.
