The Brisbane run of A Passion For Passion is in full swing,
Sydney next week for a flying visit (tickets are selling fast so jump on it if you want), and after that I’ll only be doing one or two APFP shows in the UK before it makes way for Oh Man WIPs and EdFringe.
Audiences have been a joyful mix of podcast listeners, people who love romance novels, hate romance novels, or standup fans of mine. I’m enjoying watching them watch me. I can pick them by which jokes they laugh most at.

Contempt for romance and romance novels is actually quite political and misogynist, which makes coming to an extremely silly show that’s going to make you laugh for an hour and justify the legitimacy of love stories actually a very political act.
