I started this years ago, I just finished it. I couldn’t narrate this one without tears. I’m doing pretty well these days, but today we’re allowed to not be. I am not so sad. I am just me, and I am just starting to figure out what that really is. I feel like I just started finally living. I am just unapologetically me now, no masks. I’m gunna go do some great things. I wish you could see it

Well… this isn’t the announcement we hoped we’d be making.
After a lot of stress, repairs, money, late nights and trying to make it work, we’ve made the difficult decision to close Whipped.
The venue fought us every step of the way, and sometimes the smartest thing you can do is know when to stop pouring everything into something that just isn’t working.
BUT…
Before we go, we want to do it properly.
So this Friday we’re throwing one final Closing Down Party and inviting everyone to help us clear out the stock the best way possible:
by eating it, drinking it, laughing with us and giving the place one last bit of life.
