Strawberry Butter Cake is the ultimate summer dessert.☀️🍓
THE RECIPE✨
Crust
• 1 box strawberry cake mix
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1 egg
Topping
• 8oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 3 eggs
• 3 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2-3 cups sliced strawberries
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish. In a bowl, mix strawberry cake mix, melted butter, and egg until combined. Press into the bottom of the dish. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, melted butter, eggs, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in strawberries and spread over the crust. Bake for 45 minutes, keeping the center slightly gooey. Cool before serving.
