I am so excited to officially announce that the Awake + Align app will be launching this May in 2026.
This has been a special mission that the Lord has placed on my heart, and I am so excited to create for the creator a tool for women to find a consistent daily routine with Christ.
Pilates. Scripture. Prayer Journals. Meditations. Breathwork. Community. Everything a girl could need to grow closer to Christ.

24 has never felt so sweet💕
It took me a while to put this post together because I kept getting emotional looking back on the pure joy I experienced on this day. I want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who came and poured love into me on my birthday. I feel unbelievably blessed and deeply grateful to experience this kind of love in my lifetime.
Every day, I wake up and ask God to put me in the right place at the right time to fulfill HIS purpose in my life. Looking back, this past year brought so much clarity and meaning (especially in my work) at a time when I felt completely lost. God has shown up in ways I couldn’t have imagined, not just supporting me in chasing my dreams, but filling me with a peace I can’t even put into words.
Stepping into 24, I feel this radiant glow. The truth is: it’s from waking up every day and putting in the work—the kind of work no one sees, the kind that stretches you, humbles you, and grows you. It’s not easy, but it’s worth it. I know God’s not done with me… He’s just getting started.
Here’s to another year of walking boldly in God’s will.
It’s crazy to think that from the moment God called me to be BOLD and include Him in my Pilates classes… I was so scared.
Growing up as a people pleaser, as much as I loved Jesus, I was nervous. What would people think? What about my past? How would this even work?
I started taking little steps of boldness and obedience, one step at a time… and here we are today.
For anyone questioning whether they should step out and build that faith-based business, let me ENCOURAGE you: He blesses your boldness.
As I’ve stepped out and leaned on Him for every decision, He has given me everything I’ve needed along the way. 💌

When God first placed it on my heart to bring Him into my Pilates classes, I was honestly afraid. I wondered what people would think and how He could use someone with a past like mine?!
But then I remembered Paul!! Who was broken, and far from perfect, yet God chose HIM. Paul was fearless for the Gospel and that is the same fearlessness I pray for and embody daily. 🦋
I am grateful to be trusted with this assignment and to see doors open with brands I could have only dreamed of, all to further something so much bigger than me. ☁️🤍
