The Push Up ✨️ March Matness - Day 31!! We made it 🥳 And what a finale. The Pilates Push Up asks you to graze your ribs with your elbows (rather than having elbows bend out to the sides) and think about creating one long line from head to feet. Pull those abdominals in and up! Great variations include doing the Push Up on your knees, or even against a wall (standing up). So lots to enjoy!
