Sometimes it’s as simple as showing up. 🤍
I was invited to a foster care gift drive hosted by @momlifeadventurously & @the_wortons and I didn’t expect how moving it would be to see each child’s name and their Christmas wishes. This drive supported @align_ut including youth in level 3 foster care here in Utah. These are kids who require additional emotional, behavioral, or therapeutic support. Because fewer foster homes are equipped to care for them, these youth are often harder to place and more likely to be overlooked. Moments like this are a quiet reminder of how meaningful even small acts of support can be.
I’m really grateful for all the friends I got to see at the event, the chance to connect with new friends, and for @onsitestretch being part of this special day.

Our Foster Families are nothing short of incredible! This year they helped 100% of our high school age foster youth graduate high school, 95% of our foster youth started therapy in the first week of being placed into their new home and 88% received in home consistent therapy. The hope we are offering youth in care would not be possible without these families. We love you all!
It’s started with a thought: “we should host a gift-drive for foster kids” Now several months later the impact is tangible.
