Had the pleasure of reading My Borough (adapted from Our Town) by @marianfontana1 last week at The Loft Winery. Beautiful play and I feel fortunate to have read it aloud for an audience alongside an incredibly kind, humorous, and talented cast. Also got to meet and work with an actor I’ve admired for most of my life. Feeling grateful for the experience.

I’m incredibly sad to say my stepdad, good friend, and musical mentor Marc Moss passed away this New Year’s eve. He was a wonderful man. His laugh was highly contagious and his sense of humor out of this world. And man did he know music inside and out. I wouldn’t have become the musician and person I am without his encouragement and guidance. Most of all he loved my mom to the ends of the earth. An inspiration in so many ways. Words cannot express my gratitude for his becoming part of my family these past 15 years. There will be rightfully so a celebration of his life in the spring. Love to all.

“The Velvet Masquerade” (27)
is a collaborative exploration into the world of opulence, sensuality, and intrigue. This group endeavor delves into themes the forbidden, immersing viewers in a realm where desires are hidden, and encounters stir the imagination. The photoshoot was further enriched by a curated sound experience by Jefferson Salazar, which set the tone and elevated the atmosphere, enveloping the set in a captivating sonic landscape. The light, designed by Paul Grant, was meticulously crafted to sculpt mood and deepen the tension throughout the scenes. The entire experience was filmed by Up Till Dawn, capturing not only the visuals but the essence of the intricate, immersive world.
