YOU CAN DO ANYTHING THAT YOU WANT IN LIFE, IF YOU WANT IT BAD ENOUGH! My whole life I heard this, but I never believed it. And the problem was that I never believed in me. So how could I have ever done what I wanted in life, when I didn’t believe in myself? I couldn’t; not until I finally made the choice to believe that I could actually put the work and time in to lose weight. But you can and should apply that mentality to all aspects I’VE BUILT CONFIDENCE & LEARNED TO LOVE MYSELF Holding yourself accountable and showing up for yourself and doing the things you say you’re going to do breeds confidence. You learn that you are true to your own word, and most importantly, you are true to yourself. I no longer second guess myself. I’ve become proud of who I am and the choices I make. STAY PATIENT A big problem I had was that I wanted my results now. I would eat very low calories or go extremely hard in the gym, and then be so disappointed when that number on the scale wasn’t dropping as fast as I wanted it to. I’ve learned that it takes time. As they say “Rome wasn’t built in a day.” Greatness and success, the good things in life, all take time. And when you finally realize and accept that, it makes the journey a lot easier and more peaceful IF I CAN DO THIS, I PROMISE THAT YOU CAN TO Again, I’ve heard this one a bunch of times in my life, but because I didn’t believe in myself, I never believed this. I used to be the laziest person I knew. I didn’t know what I was doing with myself or where I was going. Until one day I made the decision to just start bettering myself. So when I tell you that if I was able to completely change who I was, and the decisions I made, and the thoughts I had, I promise that anyone can. Because at the end of the day, I am no one special. There is nothing different between me and the next person. I am not stronger, I am not smarter, I am not better. We are all the same. I just wanted something so bad and I’ve learned to make the right choices. Understand and figure out what you want in life, and do what you can to get you there. One of the harshest truths about fat loss is this: The process takes time. And most people hate that. They want one good week to undo years of neglect. One clean weekend to erase years of emotional eating. One month of consistency to fix habits they’ve repeated for most of their life. That’s not how real change works. If I had to lose 100+ pounds all over again, I wouldn’t overcomplicate it. I’d stop looking for shortcuts. I’d stop relying on motivation. And I’d stop trying to change my entire life overnight. I’d focus on: • Tracking my calories • Moving more throughout the day • Being patient enough to stay consistent That’s it. Most overweight men don’t fail because they’re lazy. You’re not seeing results bc you are heading to the gym 5xs a week yet you can’t meal prep or hit 8,000 steps daily I need you to take 5 steps back & realize you need to start doing something differently ..
