A big problem I had was that I wanted my results now. I would eat very low calories or go
extremely hard in the gym, and then be so disappointed when that number on the scale wasnât dropping as fast as I wanted it to. Iâve learned that it takes time. As they say âRome wasnât built in a day.â Greatness and success, the good things in life, all take time. And when you finally realize and accept that, it makes the journey a lot easier and more peaceful

Again, Iâve heard this one a bunch of times in my life, but because I didnât believe in myself, I never believed this. I used to be the laziest person I knew. I didnât know what I was doing with myself or where I was going. Until one day I made the decision to just start bettering myself. So when I tell you that if I was able to completely change who I was, and the decisions I made, and the thoughts I had, I promise that anyone can. Because at the end of the day, I am no one special. There is nothing different between me and the next person. I am not stronger, I am not smarter, I am not better. We are all the same. I just wanted something so bad and Iâve learned to make the right choices. Understand and figure out what you want in life, and do what you can to get you there. Peace, Love, Positivity, Progress
