We will be hosting 2nd Annual Finding Barbara competition right here at Alief Park with @aliefcalisthenics and @runaliefrc July 19th. Founded by @finding_barbara
This event is a qualifier to compete in the national finals in Miami Florida. The routine consists of
3 Mile Run
100 Pushups
25 Pull-ups
50 Dips
25 Burpees
⏱️ Fastest Time Possible!
If you want to participate we will only be accepting 20 athletes (men and women) top 3 winners will win prizes and only 1 will qualify to compete in the finals in Miami Florida.

If you think you can compete or know someone willing, please send them this post so they can submit their run times.
⚠️Must submit screenshot of 3 mile time and route you ran to show proof of nonstop running. Again only the top 20 times will make it to compete. The accepted participates will be added to a special chat as confirmation. DEADLINE JULY 1st
