PRODUCER // REBECCA BAKER
Rebecca Baker is a producer, writer, actor, and co-founder of Cut + Roll Films, developing psychologically rich stories that examine power, identity and the systems we navigate.
She is the writer and executive producer of Drowning, a psychological sci-fi short executive produced by Nicholas Pinnock and Air Wang, in association with Silver Milk Productions, in partnership with PTSD UK, and sponsored by LipSync. The project is now in feature development.
Her producing slate includes Scratching Post (dir. Louisa Connolly-Burnham), The Front Seat (dir. Aella Jordan-Edge), and Animal (dir. Angelica Gayle), where she serves as Executive Producer.
Rebecca has overseen films longlisted for the Academy Awards, produced commercial projects including Olly Murs’ Christmas Starts Tonight, and played a key role in securing BFI screenings for films on her slate during the London Film Festival.
Serving as a panelist for BIFA-qualifying festival Exit 6 and having completed the NFTS Production programme (funded by the BFI), she is committed to building bold, internationally positioned stories with emotional depth and cultural urgency.

Alice is a producer at Irresistible Studios and co-founder of Cut + Roll Films.
She brings 8+ years of experience in production and post across TVCs, documentaries, print, radio, online, social, and narrative content. She’s produced animation, live action, stills, and moving image projects in the UK and internationally, managing budgets from £5k to £800k while consistently delivering high production value. Standout projects include Greenpeace ‘We Won’t Rest in Peace’ (Irresistible Studios) and The Roads to Carbon Neutral (NBC).
Alice produced her first short film, Sunder, with award-winning director Reiff Gaskell, and has since produced Drowning - a psychological sci fi drama written by Rebecca Baker and directed by Reiff Gaskell, currently in post production with highly esteemed post-house LipSync. Executive produced by Nicholas Pinnock and Air Wang, Drowning is set for release in March ‘25. Additionally, she is producing Scratching Post with BIFA, BAFTA, and Oscar longlisted director Louisa Connolly-Burnham and The Front Seat with award-winning director Aella Jordan-Edge.
Through Cut + Roll Films, Alice develops and produces narrative and commissioned projects.

I’m excited (and slightly daunted!) to be running the London Marathon 2026 in support of @sensecharity with my Mum, @catherinemcmills
Sense is a charity that supports people with complex disabilities to communicate, experience the world, and fulfil their potential. Their work makes a real, tangible difference to individuals and families across the UK.
