In a time where the rights of transgender people are at risk across the world and hate crimes are reaching new highs, pride helps us stand tall. We are few and far between in dance music scenes, both in crowds and on lineups. Seeing other people like us in these spaces makes a difference.
This compilation features 32 tracks made during a month-long dub war between transgender and nonbinary musicians from across the world, making many different styles of dance music. We hope that hearing this music helps trans people feel less alone in this scene.
To cisgender listeners: buy this compilation. Play the tunes in your DJ sets. Support transgender artists whenever and wherever you can. If you see anyone being unwelcoming to a trans person, step in. Feeling supported and welcome can be life-changing for many people.

brief update, cw depression talk - life's been rough on my mental health recently between the world being awful and my dysphoria getting significantly more acute, to the point at which i don't feel comfortable speaking sometimes. i've spent a lot of the last month in bed because i haven't felt motivated to do anything; beyond a couple releases i really haven't opened my DAW much, and that sucks! inspiration is hard to come by when i don't seek it out, so i'm trying to do better in that regard.
as for general life stuff, i have a couple important appointments for my transition coming up which will hopefully make my timeline for the future more clear, which will be a huge weight off my shoulders in exchange for a smaller, more manageable wait. i still want to make it back to the uk and eu for good, so knowing when that could be possible will help a lot. it's hard being really far away from people and places you deeply care about and not knowing when you'll see them next!
(also a quick apology to anyone i might not have been responding quickly to recently - chances are i know the message is there, i just haven't found the spoons yet to get around to responding, and i'm very sorry about that,,)
