I recently returned from a solo trip to Bali to attend two incredible retreats. Something I previously would have talked myself out of, considering it far too indulgent and perhaps even selfish. I am so so grateful that I didn’t squash this desire, but instead moved towards it…
It was an opportunity to reconnect with myself and what makes me feel alive. Dedicated time to dance, play, learn, and explore new edges. A space where I could show up and just be me, unfiltered, and be reminded that it’s enough. A connection to community and a deep sense of belonging. An act of self love and care that says, I matter too.

When @hooprambler lets you borrrow her fans at the space jam 👽 I didn’t expect to fall in love with fans on this retreat, but the massive smile on my face says it all! I love how intuitive it feels to flow with these, even as a complete beginner!! I can’t wait to learn more technique 😻
