🦩A LA CART COLLABO🦩 • Yesterday we had the absolute PLEASURE of hosting April and Rebekah, from @alacartsodo in Orlando, at the brewery for a little collaborative Altbier brew day. Á La Cart has always been one of our favorite beer bars in the Sunshine State, and we’re honored to be able to chop it up with these lovely ladies. We talked about everything from the beer biz to the appropriate amount of pickle juice for a dirty pickle martini. We’ll also be down in Orlando to debut this beer on Sunday, June 21st, at their SoDo location, so pull through and hang with us! Back in March, during Tampa Bay Beer Week, our pals from Alga Brewing joined us in the brewhouse to brew up some magic. "Project Possum", a Pre-Prohibition Lager brewed with Ohio Blue Corn from Riverbend Malt, has now emerged from the shadows, hissed at a few headlights, and is lurking behind the bar. Crisp, rustic, and highly crushable. Like if 1889 had better refrigeration and slightly worse decision-making. We're tapping the first keg in the taproom right now and can't wait for you to try it. Come grab a pint before it plays dead.
