What’s your favorite thing about yourself?
For me, it’s that I’m the same person around everyone I meet. But it’s taken me a loooong time to get here. I used to filter and morph and make myself smaller and quieter and wanted everyone to feel comfortable and liked by me. I definitely don’t do that anymore, I will call out bad behavior and some people need to feel uncomfortable saying or doing certain things, you know??
I try to create a safe space for the people around me to do the same. I’d rather be messy and real than polished and shallow and feel like nobody knows me
