Koskenkorva.
From the village where everything begins simply, to the bar where flavor becomes art.

Thus emerges a flavor
that carries the spirit of the North.
Cocktail:
- 2:1 Koskenkorva Vodka infused with roasted oat flakes
- 1:2 Blueberry cordial
- Chip made from used blueberries and oats
Method:
Oat flakes are roasted in a pan and added to Koskenkorva Vodka at a (1:10) ratio, then infused at room temperature.
Blueberries are blended with water (1:2), infused in the refrigerator, and balanced with a mix of acids and sugar.
The leftover oats and blueberries from the infusion are blended with sugar syrup into a smooth mass and dehydrated until crisp.
The infusion and cordial are stirred together and served in a coupe, garnished with the oat-blueberry chip.

Подумал я тут и решил уже плотно заняться музыкой, давно хотелось, плюс моя развивающаяся любовь к электронной музыке подталкивает к этому. Так что, создал телеграмм канал, куда буду закидывать свои миксы, пока ради удовольствия, а дальше как пойдет.

Полтора года.
За это время произошло множество хороших, и не очень, вещей - переезд в другую страну, расставание с близкими, новый опыт и взгляды на жизнь, смена деятельности, попытки найти себя в чем то недосягаемом, праздники в полном одиночестве и с новообретенными друзьями, взлеты и падения, моменты депрессии и душевного подъема.
Но лишь одно остается неизменным - классные люди вокруг.
