A long one but a necessary one for this huge shout out to those in our fab team we've not yet spotlighted. Filmmaking is all about collaboration and these brilliant people gave it their all 💥💕
First
@alanmarklivesey our Script Supervisor, who's worked on 'Boiling Point', 'Brassic' & 'Hollyoaks'. He's an award winning Dir/Screenwriter as well, plus worked with Grace on 'A Dunder Plunder'. All over every single detail with such a lightness of touch we were so lucky to have him on Bruised Fruit.
Then
@benjamin.plummer A regular 3rd AD on dramas like 'Riot Women' & 'Adolescence' he stepped up to take on the 1st AD role managing the shoot leaving the director free to focus on the actors & framing the shots. In his words "you catch more flies with honey", and we've never been bossed around so effectively by someone so nice!
Next our MUA
@alexbellmakeup , normally found on fashion shoots with their kinder schedules but moving back to drama now her young family is grown. Super skilled at hair and make-up for all ages, genders & skin tones and happy to pitch in wherever needed she's a dream to have on set.
Last of our 'senior' crew is James Hayward. Though he's not on socials we still wanted to praise him to the skies. A brilliant Sound Recordist. Super solid 👌
And Kaleem (Spark), Rachel (clapperboard loader & camera holder), Nathan (camera/lights Trainee) and runners Keira & Ryan. We hope you loved being part of this as much as we loved having you ❤️
